Making Space for All Your Stories to Help You Heal.
As a second-generation Indian American therapist, I make it a priority to create a trauma-informed, culturally curious, and affirming therapy experience. Most of my work focuses on helping clients navigate their identities, relationships, immigration and cultural experiences, and the ways complex trauma may have impacted their lives.
I believe that we all carry stories about ourselves, including some that don't quite fit anymore. Therapy with me is about honoring all these stories and gently rewriting them, together, to help you heal, change, and grow into who you want to be.
Each session with me is a collaboration, and I show up as a real, genuinely curious human. My decolonial approach centers your lived experience and your contexts, while making room for humor, creativity, and who you are outside of your struggles. Working together means we'll craft a space that is truly yours, where you can breathe easy, process trauma and stress, and restore self-compassion.
Understanding the survival strategies and protective parts that helped you adapt to past environments.

Beyond The Therapy Room
When I'm not working, I'm chasing stories told through fiction, literature, and music, and I'm always following a TV show, reading a new book, or playing a video game or music album. I replenish myself by spending quality time with my loved ones, trying new experiences, and befriending neighborhood cats. I stay grounded by continuing to engage in my own healing.
