Embracing Self-Compassion to Cultivate Authentic, Lasting Connection.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who approaches care through an integrative, relational, and body-focused lens. Before entering the mental health field, I spent several years working in the music industry. Over time, I realized my true passion lay in understanding people's internal worlds, hearing their stories, and holding space for real, transformative growth.

I sit with clients as a warm, personable, and calm partner. I don't believe in overly clinical distance, stiff dynamics, or one-size-fits-all worksheets. Instead, I offer a gentle space where you can drop the performance, speak the things you've never said out loud, and feel genuinely understood.

Healing isn't about shaming yourself into changing or forcing quick fixes. Real growth happens when we develop self-compassion, build safety within our bodies, and step out of isolation so we can live with authentic ease.

Who I Work With:

Beyond The Therapy Room

Outside of work, I value slow moments and simple, nourishing routines. You can usually find me going for long walks with a good coffee, cooking (and making a mess) in the kitchen, watching reality dating shows, or spending quality time with the people I love. I am deeply committed to social justice, queer and trans rights, racial liberation, and practicing rest as a form of resistance.
