Unlearning Survival Strategies to Build Genuine, Unshakeable Peace.
I am a psychodynamic therapist who approaches care through an attachment-based lens, helping clients step away from old protective patterns so they can transform their daily lives and relationships.
I sit with you as a warm, interactive, and grounded partner in your healing. So many people come to therapy believing there is something inherently broken in them, or that secure attachment and healthy boundaries are meant for other people. My work is centered on helping you realize that your coping mechanisms served a purpose and that you have the power to choose new ways of being.
Moving away from an old “normal”, whether that shows up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, avoidance, or constant relational anxiety isn’t about forcing yourself into a brand-new persona. It’s about developing secure ways of responding to yourself and others so you can cultivate a sense of peace in your life that you become unwilling to surrender.
Understanding the survival strategies and protective parts that helped you adapt to past environments.
The Modalities I Use During Sessions

Who I Work With:
Beyond The Therapy Room
Outside of work, my life is grounded in simple, nourishing routines that bring me back to myself. When I am not with clients, you can usually find me in a hot yoga class, lost in a good book, or hanging out with my cat.
