Healing is About Returning Home
to Your Body Safely
I’ve spent years working in high-intensity crisis settings, community mental health, and private practice, supporting clients through profound moments of loss, trauma, and transition. My approach is grounded, calm, and practical—meeting you with deep empathy and no judgment.
Trauma and chronic stress often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, stuck in hypervigilance, or carrying an overwhelming weight. I view therapy as a collaborative space where we go at your pace. Together, we focus on unraveling old survival strategies, discharging stored stress in the body, and restoring your natural capacity for resilience, ease, and joy.
Understanding the survival strategies and protective parts that helped you adapt to past environments.
The Modalities I Use During Sessions:
EMDR Therapy
Reprocessing distressing memories so they no longer trigger intense emotional or physical distress.
Havening Touch
Utilizing gentle touch-based neurosomatic techniques to deactivate trauma responses and soothe the brain.
Trauma-Informed Care
Building a safe, compassionate foundation where your body and mind can heal without feeling rushed.
Who I Work With:
Beyond The Therapy Room
Outside the clinic, I find balance and renewal through nature, physical movement, and quiet downtime. Whether I'm spending time outdoors, connecting with family, or recharging at home, staying grounded in my everyday life helps me show up fully for my clients.
