A cozy living room corner with a white sofa, a chunky olive green blanket, a decorative pillow resembling a sun with a face, and a potted plant with green leaves in the background.
A white pot with multiple succulents, including aloe vera, jade plant, and sedum, on a dark surface with a black pearl necklace nearby.

I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a background that includes twenty years as an IT engineer at Fortune 500 companies. That experience shaped how I approach therapy: paying close attention to where a pattern keeps repeating, and helping people feel understood before moving toward resolution.

In session, I offer a direct, calm, and grounded space. I skip generic scripts in favor of clear insights you can actually apply. We look at what keeps a cycle going, whether that's a tendency to shut down, intellectualize, or over-function, so you can respond with more intention.

Real change happens in small, consistent shifts: pausing before reacting, returning to hard conversations, and building new habits that create trust.

How I Work

A circular chart with multiple color-coded sections displaying different emotional states and corresponding words, placed on a white pillow amid white bedding.
An office workspace with a wooden desk, a computer monitor, and a gray office chair. There is a large potted plant to the left, a white curtain on the window, and a framed sign on the wall that reads "BE YOU." The floor is wooden, and there is a patterned area rug at the bottom of the image. A small fan and some jars are on the desk.

Who I Work With:

Beyond The Therapy Room

Outside of work, I am a hiker, traveler, and reader drawn to philosophy. I enjoy spending time outdoors and finding places that offer perspective, whether that means being out on a trail or immersing myself in a book that shifts how I think.
